If you want to view unicorns, there's places you can increase your chances (but be careful). Drive through a retirement community; the retired tend to keep cars forever. Also look through the parking lots of cheap apartment complexes, or up and down the streets of a lower-class area. Just don't behave like a stalker.

using my extensive knowledge of Hiluxes, I also come to the conclusion that it's rebadged.

afaik the only PreRunner in that gen chassis was a Sport Runner which is more Forerunner than Hilux.

also it looks like it's LHD (or if it's RHD the driver is really short)
